Tailor-made agents & workflows
We build the workflows, and you own them.
As consultants, we take your company from the analysis of your processes to agents in your Claude or ChatGPT. We connect those agents to M365, SharePoint and your CRM, with no extra software or additional licences.

Our approach
Workflow analysis first, then the project sprints
We work the way a strategy project does: first we analyse your core processes, then project sprints put the workflows with the biggest lever into production.
Before the workflow analysis comes the free discovery meeting at your offices.
Five phases: workflow analysis, prioritisation, development, team enablement and workflow care. Prioritisation, development and team enablement repeat in every project sprint.

Use cases
AI agents for the real estate industry
Agents take on recurring tasks from start to finish, from the exposé in the inbox to the investment memo, from the construction invoice to the project report. In the workflow analysis, we decide with you where your team starts.

Agents for investment management
Your agents pick up every new exposé from the inbox, check it against your acquisition criteria, populate the financial model in Excel and file the finished investment memo for the pipeline meeting.
AI environment
In the AI tools you already use
We build every workflow directly in your existing account, for example in Claude or ChatGPT. You need no extra software and no servers of your own. Your team can read, understand and change whatever we build.
We work with the AI tools from Anthropic, OpenAI, Langdock and Microsoft, and are an OpenAI Select Partner.
Common questions
Questions about agents and workflows
What's the difference between the discovery meeting and the workflow analysis?
For the free discovery meeting, we come to your offices. We talk about your pain points and training needs, about processes that aren't running well today, and about the AI tools you already use. The workflow analysis is the first paid phase of the project. We analyse each workflow in detail with the people who work with it every day and assess effort and impact. The result is the potential analysis. It shows how each workflow can be automated and recommends which workflows come first. We bill the workflow analysis and the sprints that follow on a project or day-rate basis.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. We build them in your own Claude or ChatGPT account. Your team can read, understand and change them. If an agent stores data, for example in SharePoint, that data belongs to you as well.
How do we know the results are right?
Before we build, we agree acceptance criteria for each workflow with you. We test on your real documents and on recent cases from your day-to-day work. A workflow only goes live once the business team that owns it has signed it off.
What happens if a workflow needs to be adjusted?
That's what workflow care is for. We fix errors, adjust details when your team needs a step to work differently, and update the workflows when Claude, ChatGPT, your connectors or a data source change. You have a dedicated contact at PLURAGO, and the people who built your workflows also look after them.
Is there any funding?
Commercial businesses with premises in Bavaria, fewer than 50 employees and revenue of no more than €10 million can apply for the Digitalbonus Bayern for the implementation. Each company can submit no more than two applications, and the number of applications is capped each month. The funding rate is 50% of the external implementation costs. We prepare the project description and a proposal that meets the funding rules. You submit the application online through your ELSTER business account, before placing the order. The project only starts once the confirmation of receipt has arrived. The Digitalbonus is a voluntary benefit from the Free State of Bavaria, and there is no legal entitlement to it. As of 09/2026, not legal or tax advice.
