Who it's for
For teams that already have Claude or ChatGPT and want to use it for more than research and formatting
Your licences are active and everyone on the team has their own login. Your team mostly uses the tool for research, formatting and the odd Excel or PowerPoint task, and only one or two colleagues know how to do more. In the training, we pass that know-how on to the whole team, so every licence pays for itself in day-to-day work.
The training is designed for teams in investment management, asset management, development and advisory. The examples come from everyday real estate work: sourcing, underwriting, screening, memos and reporting.
Legal framework
Article 4 of the AI Act: AI literacy has been mandatory since 2025.
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required companies that use AI to take measures on their staff's AI literacy. That includes teams working with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. Since July 2026, the law makes clear that this means appropriate measures, not a set level of knowledge for every person.

What your team can do afterwards
From the first exposé to investor reporting, automated by your own team
Each example combines several features of your AI tools: connectors to your inbox, SharePoint and CRM, a knowledge base, data analysis and scheduled tasks. Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot all offer these features, sometimes under different names. In the training, your team learns which feature handles which step.

How the training works
For on-site training, we come to your offices. Your team does the work, and we help right at their desks.
Preparation
We tailor the training to your team and your use cases beforehand. If your account isn't ready yet, we help you set it up.
Getting to know the features
Your team gets to know the features, from chat and projects to skills, connectors and scheduled tasks, and learns which feature suits which piece of work.
Seeing what's possible, live
Using everyday real estate examples, we show live what makes a good result. We also cover the craft behind it: setting a clear task, providing context and examples, working step by step.
Building your own use case
Everyone brings a task of their own and works on it with one-to-one guidance until something runs: a skill, a prompt module or a small workflow. At least two trainers are in the room, so everyone gets help straight away when questions come up. At the end, everyone presents their result.
Afterwards
The slides and examples stay with your team as reference material to look things up and pass on. If you'd like, we train further teams and locations the same way, so your whole company works with AI along the same lines.

Do you help us set up our Team or Enterprise account?
Where needed, we help you set up your Team or Enterprise account in Claude or ChatGPT and connect the first data sources. We work out what makes sense in the free discovery meeting.
Do you train on Claude or ChatGPT?
Both. The focus is on Claude. If your team works with ChatGPT, we adapt the content to it.
Does the AI Act's AI literacy requirement apply to us?
Yes, as soon as your team uses AI tools at work. Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since February 2025 to every company that uses AI systems professionally, including teams working with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. It requires measures that support your staff's AI literacy; no certificate is prescribed. Our training is one such measure, and you can use the confirmation of participation and the materials for your records. This is not legal advice.
Is the training available online?
Yes, in the compact online format. There we show the features and the craft live and answer your questions. Your team builds its own use case with one-to-one guidance in the on-site training.
Which language do you train in?
German or English, for the training, the materials and the guidance. We answer every question in the language it was asked in.
Do you come to us?
Yes, we come to your offices, including locations outside Germany. If a location needs more than one group, we schedule several sessions so the groups stay small and everyone works on their own task.
What does each person need to bring?
A task from their own day-to-day work. That's what they build their use case around in the training.
Who runs the training?
At least two trainers from our team, together in the room. We build and run workflows in Claude ourselves every day, and we know real estate processes, from sourcing and underwriting to screening, memos and reporting.
What does the team keep after the training?
The slides and examples, as reference material to look things up and pass on. And the skills, prompt modules and workflows your team built. They keep running in your account.
What happens after the training?
Your team keeps building with the materials. If you'd like, we stay on as your consultants and build entire processes as agents in your Claude or ChatGPT.
